Jaggery is an unrefined sweetener made from concentrated sugarcane juice and used in many parts of the world, especially South Asia. We use it because it brings a deeper, more caramel-like sweetness that pairs beautifully with peanuts and our bold seasonings.

While WanderSnax is not officially gluten-free certified, we take extensive precautions to treat any gluten-containing ingredients as top-priority allergens. We follow strict cleaning procedures to ensure our production lines are thoroughly cleared of any gluten traces, helping us maintain a safe environment for those with gluten sensitivities.
